Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
These terms explain the basis on which GratefulStack and GratefulD provide tribute, ordering, fulfilment, account, supplier, and delivery-related services.
Service description
These terms apply to the current GratefulStack and GratefulD services operated by PronoiaUK Limited (Company No. 16602248). The service may include public pages, tribute and memorial ordering flows, customer account areas, supplier and delivery surfaces, partner workflows, and related operational services.
Features, fulfilment coverage, supplier participation, delivery methods, and supporting workflows may change as the service develops. Where availability is limited by location or supplier capacity, the relevant order or fulfilment flow will determine whether we can proceed.
Accounts and access
Some parts of the service are public and can be accessed without login. Other parts require account access, email-based sign-in links, approved internal email addresses, limited review codes, or other controlled access methods.
If you use an account or access method, you are responsible for using accurate information, keeping your device and inbox secure, and not sharing access in a way that could expose another user, order, tribute, supplier workflow, or internal surface.
Supplier, delivery, and partner terms
Supplier, florist, delivery, and partner participation is subject to acceptance, availability, coverage, safeguarding checks, and operational review. We may decline, pause, reroute, or manually review requests where location, safety, fraud, quality, compliance, or fulfilment constraints require it.
Nothing on the site guarantees that a particular supplier, delivery route, delivery window, partner, or fulfilment method will be available for a specific order or location unless that availability has been expressly confirmed for the order.
Payments and orders
Where payments are offered, pricing, fees, taxes, subscription terms, and order details will be presented in the relevant checkout or order flow. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and successful payment submission does not by itself guarantee acceptance, fulfilment, delivery timing, or uninterrupted availability.
Where an order, subscription, or payment needs to be reviewed, corrected, rerouted, paused, or cancelled for operational or compliance reasons, we may contact you using the details you provided.
Recurring plans and cancellation
If you choose a recurring plan, the price, billing frequency and intended fulfilment frequency will be shown before you authorise the subscription. Starting a recurring plan requires an explicit checkout action; a previous payment does not by itself authorise a new subscription.
You can ask to cancel future renewals using the customer account tools where available or by contacting gratefulstack@gratefulstack.com. We do not charge a separate cancellation penalty for switching off future renewals. A cancellation does not undo a delivery or supplier commitment that has already been carried out or cannot reasonably be recalled, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
We may send renewal reminders, cancellation confirmations, cooling-off information and other subscription notices where they are required by law or where doing so gives customers clearer control. If applicable law gives you an additional cooling-off or cancellation right, that legal right applies in addition to these terms.
Date-critical and high-demand deliveries
Some requested dates carry particular significance and cannot be meaningfully repaired by delivering late. We therefore treat supplier capacity and fallback coverage as part of whether a dated fulfilment can be confirmed.
High-demand dates, including Valentine’s Day and other florist peak periods, may require advance capacity confirmation. We may decline a date, ask you to choose another date, or hold the request for manual confirmation rather than accept a fulfilment promise that our available suppliers cannot support.
If a paid one-off order cannot be secured for the requested date, the GratefulD Promise shown in the order flow applies, including the available choice of another date or a refund to the original payment method where that promise says so.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, misleading, or harmful content or requests. You must not attempt to access accounts, internal tools, or data that were not intended for you, interfere with the service, or use the service to test, scrape, spam, or disrupt operations without permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or remove access where we believe conduct creates legal, safety, operational, or trust risk.
Service availability and limitations
We work to provide a dependable service, but availability can depend on location, supplier capacity, delivery conditions, technical systems, and other operational factors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every purpose, or available in every location or scenario.
Nothing on this page creates a guarantee about a specific fulfilment outcome, delivery time, supplier, route, or uninterrupted business continuity unless that guarantee is expressly stated in the relevant order or service flow.
